It's in our Top 10 Things to Do in Glencoe - the Meeting of Three Waters
Glencoe Falls, also known as the Meeting of Three Waters, can be found along the A82 on your way up to Glencoe village. The waterfall sits at the base of the three sisters, a popular spot for hikers. After heavy rainfall, the water thunders and tumbles down forming the River Coe. The river flows along before joining Loch Achtriochtan.
The scenic waterfalls were also used as the location for The Bridge of Death and The Gorge of Eternal Peril in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It was in this area that a precariously placed narrow strip of rope acted as the bridge over the gorge.
There is a spot to park your car directly next to the falls so you can hop out and take a look or have a little wander. Make sure to take your camera with you.
