We have three operations in Perthshire: Crieff Hydro and Murraypark Hotel in Crieff and the Green Hotel in Kinross.
Crieff Hydro is set in 900 acres of Perthshire countryside and 600 of our team work here with 130 living on site.
The hotel is historic, scenic and always busy. Built in 1868, we have 215 bedrooms and 55 self-catering units and welcome thousands of visitors a week– so there’s never a dull moment. Just a five minute walk away is our cosier, 21 bedroom, Murraypark Hotel.
We have over 60 activities onsite, indoors and out and offer the widest range of jobs available in a hotel – we think! You’ll meet a brilliant range of people from lots of countries and lots of backgrounds.
If you fancy trying Scottish country living, this is the place for you.
With a campus feel and great facilities, 130 of our team choose to live in our staff accommodation in Crieff.
Our accommodation varies from purpose built blocks with ensuite showers to shared flats and houses with kitchens. Your rent is taken straight out of your wages and we also take care of things like council tax, energy bills and even food.
We offer wifi to our live-in team for a small cost every month and free wifi in our team social club.
We’ll give you breakfast, lunch and dinner in our canteen. If you choose not to live in, you can still eat free of charge in our canteen as long as you work a minimum of a six hour shift.
Crieff has a small supermarket and several bars, restaurants and a few takeaways. With your team benefit card you get discounts in all of our cafes and restaurants too
There’s lots to do without travelling far. We have a staff social club onsite where you can meet friends for a drink or even take part in the occasional talent night and fancy dress party.
You can take advantage of your benefits discount and join our leisure centre, get money off at our activity centre, spa, restaurants, horse-riding centre and golf course. If you enjoy walking or cycling, you’re in the perfect place – people travel from miles around to see the views we’re surrounded by.
Crieff town is only a 10 minute walk away and has shops, bars and restaurants. Rest assured we’ll never run out of whisky – Crieff even has its own whisky distillery. The nearest city is Perth, home to about 48,000 people with shops, bars, restaurants, banks and a cinema. There’s also a college if your plan is to continue your studies. Buses run regularly and it only takes about 40 minutes.
Edinburgh and Glasgow are 1.5 hours away by car. If using public transport, you’ll travel to Perth or Stirling by bus and jump on another bus or train. Services run frequently so you’ll never be too far away from big city lights.
