Terms & Conditions

All Christmas party guests need to be over 18 to attend.
You can now book your Christmas party night meal and overnight accommodation online. Full payment taken at time of booking. Deposits paid are non-refundable or transferable.
You can now book your party tickets and bedrooms as a group or individually so that it stops one person having to collect the money. To make sure that we put you in bedrooms as close to each other as possible AND sit you on the same party table, make sure you complete field asking for the party group name. If you don’t add a party group name, we won’t be able to seat you with the rest of your friends or colleagues. You can also use these fields to complete any dietary requirements so that we’re aware before the party.
If you’d like to charge anything back to your room during your party, we’ll take a pre-authorisation of your credit/debit card on check-in to allow you to charge everything back to your bedroom. You won’t be able to charge things to your bedroom until we have taken this pre-authorisation, that includes drinks at the bar.
Due to licensing laws, only alcoholic drinks purchased from the hotel can be consumed in the hotel. Any alcohol brought into the hotel will be removed and returned to you when you leave.
It’s your Christmas party and we want you to have fun and a great time with your fellow party goers. We can’t and won’t tolerate any offensive or abusive behaviour and we will ask you to leave without a refund if any behaviour is inappropriate. If you cause any damage as a result of inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to charge any damages to your pre-authorised credit card.
