Each guest staying at any Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels property will receive exclusive long-term access to the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels playlist within the Tethered app (14 recordings in total, comprising of one dreamscape and one soundscape per hotel), together with a one month complimentary subscription to all other content on the app. This benefit is single use per guest (not repeated across multiple stays and/or bookings), non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn or amended by Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels at any time. To redeem, guests must download the Tethered app and register using the instructions provided; the free month subscription will be applied once the guest is identified as part of the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels cohort. After the complimentary period ends, the subscription will automatically the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at Tethered's standard rate and term unless cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to the end of the complimentary trial. Users are solely responsible for managing their subscription (including cancellation). Details regarding the renewal price, term, and cancellation methods and use are governed by, and subject to, Tethered’s terms of service and privacy policy, and any issues relating to subscription charges, renewals, or cancellations must be dealt with directly via Tethered’s support channels. Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels does not collect or store any personal data related to app usage.
